Our Story

From a family kitchen
to Katy's streets

Mamacitas started the way the best meals do — around a crowded table, with extra recipes scribbled on napkins and everyone asking for the secret.

What began as weekend gatherings for friends and neighbors grew into something bigger. We bought a truck, painted it our colors, and started rolling through Katy — bringing the same honest, homemade food that our families have been making for years.

We source local ingredients whenever we can, prepare everything from scratch each morning, and treat every order like it's for our own table. That's the Mamacitas way.
